Four people were rushed to hospital, one of them in critical condition, after a multi-vehicle collision at about 6 a.m. on Hwy. 401 eastbound just east of Drumo Rd./Innerkip exit.
Police, Drumbo fire and Oxford EMS were all on the scene trying to help the victims.
OPP crash investigators are on the scene and the eastbound lanes are expected to be closed down while they work for two to three hours.
Emergency Detour Routes are in effect. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
