Here I am again!! And I'm not giving up! For everyone of you who has never tried Zumba, join me next week in Plattsville or Drumbo to check out if you like it, for FREE! And then...you will register for sure. It's such a fantastic fun workout and I know I'm a tad crazy in class, but you don't have to do that! You follow your own pace, enjoy the music, laugh at me (or with me) and you will have a great time! There are no mistakes in a Zumba class, only unexpected solo's!
Because there are only 11 weeks left as of April 9, the prices are fantastic. I've attached a coupon for one free class valid next week in Plattsville and/or in Drumbo!
For my regulars, please bring a guest next week to try it out. The bigger the party, the better! I've incorporated great moves that will strengthen your core and Thursday's in Drumbo we alternate from 6.30 will 7 pm Zumba toning, with light weights and Zumba Sentao with a chair on which you occasionally can sit but never relax :)
